Terms & Conditions

1. Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure all appointments
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Deposits are applied toward your total service cost

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24–48 hours notice is required to reschedule
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeit of deposit
• A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment

3. No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

• Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation
• If the appointment cannot be completed, your deposit will be forfeited

5. Results & Expectations

Permanent makeup is a multi-step process and results vary based on:

• Skin type
• Lifestyle and aftercare
• Previous work or pigment in the skin

Perfect symmetry and exact color results cannot be guaranteed.

6. Touch-Ups

• Initial services may require a touch-up session to achieve desired results
• Touch-ups are not included unless explicitly stated
• Pricing for touch-ups varies depending on timing and condition of the area

7. Previous Work (Corrective Cases)

Clients with previous permanent makeup must disclose this prior to booking. Additional sessions, time, or color correction may be required.

8. Health & Safety Disclosure

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to:

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Diabetes
• Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, etc.)
• Recent procedures (Botox, chemical peels, etc.)

Failure to disclose may result in cancellation of the appointment.

9. Aftercare Responsibility

Proper aftercare is essential for healed results. Yūyake Beauty is not responsible for poor results due to failure to follow aftercare instructions.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service, all services are non-refundable.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Yūyake Beauty reserves the right to refuse service if a client is not a suitable candidate or if conditions are not safe for treatment.

12. Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time. Confirmed bookings will honor the price agreed upon at the time of booking.
